A few months back, when I was new to twitter. I got a follow notification. The creator of "Black Dynamite followed me. Carl Jones. Of all people. His account is verified. So this is official. It made my day. Being a fan of the show, I was pleasantly surprised. (Laughter helps me with the pain.) Of course I followed back.

While at one of favorite vegan spots in metro Detroit. Jungle Juice Bar in grosse pointe. They were featured in my blog a few months back (I'm only vegetarian, still eat fish. Yet, I enjoy all of the dairy and soy free food and snacks they have). When I checked the fridge they had a cheesecake and homemade brownies. Once I double checked the ingredients. Only containing coconut, cashew cheese, dates, walnuts, and lemon juice. All of which were dairy and soy free! I got both of course. Plus I had to dive in befor I even made it home. Haven't had cheesecake in almost ten years. This was a wonderful snack. I still shouldn't eat it every day. This raw dairy and soy free cheese cake, is probably the best I've ever had. If any of you have the same food health requirements and are in southeast Michigan. I'd advise you to check this place out. Amazing food.

I was the lucky recipient of this delightful dinner. Eating more veggies, less fish. All about my vegetarian life! Slowly inching toward vegan. I wanted something different. After getting bored with salmon and trout. Seasoned with garlic, dill, pepper, parsley, and lime. Lightly seared in grape seed oil. Wish a dash of sea salt. Paired with sautéed celery, bell pepper, green beans, fresh garlic, pepper, salt, and quickly seared in grape seed oil. Topped with a circumcised, bell pepper, garlic, dill lime vinaigrette. I was very pleased with this quick meal..

Hey everyone. For the first time, I will be sharing another one of the conditions that plague me. I have ORS (ovary remnant syndrome). It occurs after an ovary and/or fallopian tube is removed. If a sliver is left, or a few cells (from the organs) as remnants. Those could possibly regenerate the tube and ovary. Meaning it can grow back. In my case, it happened. Check out this Vlog, where I explain a few details about it.
