Pan seared red snapper & sautéed veggies Delightful dinner

I was the lucky recipient of this delightful dinner.  Eating more veggies, less fish.  All about my vegetarian life!  Slowly inching toward vegan.  I wanted something different.  After getting bored with salmon and trout.  Seasoned with garlic, dill, pepper, parsley, and lime.  Lightly seared in grape seed oil.  Wish a dash of sea salt.  Paired with sautéed celery, bell pepper, green beans, fresh garlic, pepper, salt, and quickly seared in grape seed oil.  Topped with a circumcised, bell pepper, garlic, dill lime vinaigrette. I was very pleased with this quick meal..
